Christmas, the most wonderful time of the year (my absolute favorite holiday). Well, one year I received the most memorable gift I could ever imagine. A TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO. My awesome boyfriend, Jared, booked our flight, rental car, and Airbnb house for a week in May. It was the perfect thing to look forward to after college graduation. :D
I really enjoy traveling, but ironically enough, had never been that far away from home. For anyone that knows Jared and me, knows how much we enjoy exploring and seeking out new adventures.
The moment we stepped out of the San Francisco airport I could not contain my excitement. We got right into our rental car and headed toward our home for the next week. For the most part, everyday consisted of waking up fairly early and getting back after midnight to make the most of our trip.
Day 1: The first day we wandered around the Fisherman's Wharf. We tried the clam chowder bread bowls (which were excellent), watched the seals, and checked out some of the shops. After that we walked up Lombard street and explored the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts. That's a pretty eventful day right? It really turned out to be the perfect order for events.
