Wake Up Happy & Healthy

My morning routine:

I'm the type of person that enjoys having a routine. It keeps me productive. As soon as I wakeup I make a hot cappuccino, then shower and get ready for the day. By now I have worked up a good appetite, so I get started on whatever breakfast sparks my interest. This really helps to ensure that I make a meal that will keep me full for a while. I'm not one to over stress about my eating habits but I just enjoy eating healthy and receiving the benefits. It personally just makes me feel good and gives me more energy. I start with a greek yogurt base and add an abundance of fruit and granola, and top the bowl off with some coconut!
