Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
I like to start every day feeling happy and healthy. While I do enjoy my smoothies, I feel like this specific breakfast tends to make me feel more full. Recently, I have really gotten into trying various breakfast bowls. For mornings that I have a little extra time, I make this specific bowl consisting of a smoothie base, granola, coconut, and fruit toppings (usually whatever toppings I am in the mood for that day).
Here is the easy recipe :)
-Blend a 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of frozen berries, and 1 banana! (alterations can be made based off of preference)
-Pour the smoothie concoction into the bottom of the bowl
-Add a handful of granola, flax seeds, or chia seeds
-Top it off with your favorite fresh fruits
